The host was very nice and very responsive. The apartment was nice and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Linens and towels perfect. Calm and quiet. AC was working perfectly. Apartment is very fresh naturally. Residence is great with amazing amenities.
All in all a perfect stay and I recommend it highly. I will stay there anytime I am back in the area. Thanks Nick.

This was the second time I have stayed there. It is in a nice location. Closer to the beach close to restaurants and bars, and very peaceful when it needs to be.

This place was a gem and perfect little getaway for my husband and I for a long weekend. VERY spacious apartment, had way more space then what is shown in the pictures, the balcony is sooo relaxing listening to and seeing the waves for breakfast and meals. 10/10 will be back. Nick also is an excellent host, offers many local recommendations and always responsive

As everyone else already mentioned it, Nick’s place is on the beach. It’s a peaceful bay with breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything is as listed, the apartment is in a well kept condo complex in a quiet neighborhood.
Nick is a responsive and flexible host. Our plain landed a little earlier and he let us check in before 3pm which we much appreciated.
Sosúa is a great location if you want to adventure to Puerto Plata or Cabarete but did not meet our expectations, it’s not a family friendly place. That has nothing to do with Nick.
