The place is as pictured. Nick was very helpful wit renter car service and near by amenities. Perfect place for boys trip. Security at night and parking wit automated gate.

Loved the location of Nick's apartment. Has access to two beautiful pools and a private gorgeous beach. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Nick was very attentive and responsive. Will def come back

I totally recommend Nick's Villa. It was exactly as the pictures, the pool is huge and it had everything that I could need. It's close to Supermarket, pharmacy, hospital and beach. Great Villa!

the apartment is well located in a safe gated community. the apartment is spacious and the king size bed comfortable. Walking to anything from 5 min (town) to 15 minutes (Sosua beach) Wi-fi is good and reliable.. Nick is a very responsive host

Safe neighborhood, peaceful and beautiful. Breathtaking view! Friendly staff and great host. Lots to do around. The best beach in the area, almost private. Can't wait to return! Loved it.

Always a good time at the castle and nick always close by

this is a lovely house but what made the stay even better is that Nick is a great host. Postitive attitude and responsive to our needs and questions. Ive stayed at Seahorse Ranch multiple times and some hosts are just a pain to deal with, enforcing ridiculous rules. But not Nick, genuinely a cool host.
